Make Your Tax Refund Go Further

Our 70th Anniversary Celebration just got sweeter. Celebrate with a SPECIAL OFFER just in time for tax refund season.

Available only at participating Clayton Family of Brands retailers (“Seller”) for new home purchases at posted retail price with a sales contract signed between February 9, 2026 to April 30, 2026. To qualify, Buyer must provide a Qualified Deposit—any tax refund funds or other cash deposit made toward the purchase price during the Offer dates. Seller will match the Qualified Deposit up to $2,500 (“Matching Amount”). Any cash deposit exceeding Matching Amount will not be matched. Buyer may apply the Matching Amount to one (or a combination of) the following options (“Matching Options”): (i) the total home package price; (ii) a VISA® debit card (max $2,500, and subject to issuer terms and expiration); or (iii) Seller-paid closing costs (excluding non-required discount points). If the retail home price is reduced due to negotiation or lender requirements—or the lender requires Seller-paid fees—the Matching Amount will be offset by those reductions/fees first. Any remaining Matching Amount may be used toward Buyer’s selected Matching Options. No portion of the Matching Amount may be applied toward Buyer's down payment if Buyer obtains financing for the home purchase. If Buyer selects VISA® debt card option, card will be mailed 4–6 weeks after purchase and satisfaction of all sale conditions. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer unavailable with USDA/FHA/VA financing and may be limited by lender restrictions. Offer void where prohibited.

We’re marking 70 years of Clayton Homes, and we want you to celebrate with us! With the purchase of a new home between March 2, 2026, through March 31, 2026, receive a new 70" TV* (ARV $1,000)!

*Only available at Clayton Homes of Greensboro and only available with the purchase of a new home. Retail purchase agreement for a new home must be signed, during March 2, 2026 through March 31, 2026. Offer not available with USDA/FHA/VA financing. Promotion only available at the Clayton Homes Family of Brands retailer where the new home was purchased. Eligible home buyers to receive gift of a new 70" TV, retail value $1,000. Allow 4-6 weeks after the home purchase has been completed and all conditions of the sale are satisfied to receive the gift. Gift will be delivered to recipient either in person or by mail to the primary buyer listed on the home purchase agreement. Offer cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with any other offers.
